Could someone please help me?  I am looking for the ship my grandfather, John Thomas or Thomas John KNOWLES came out to AUSTRALIA with his parents, JOHN AND PRISCILLA KNOWLES and siblings.  I am not sure what year it was - could be anywhere from 1881 to 1899.  I am not sure where they would have landed - could be Melbourne?
Sorry my details are vague, do hope someone could help me or give me a site I could start a search on.  Thank you

Hello Cath,
I received your post for which I thank you.  I have not been researching the family for awhile.   You have aroused my curiosity now so will get stuck into it when I get back from holidays at the end of the month.  I will post you any info I have on the family then.  Hope we will be able to work out the family - there certainly is a lot of Heaths and many with the same names. ??? Thanks Deb for the information - he certainly would be the right age to be  the son of Samuel/Mary.  Also for giving me details of Elizabeth - she also could belong to the family.  I have been going around in circles trying to find out info on Samuel and Mary, so thanks once again.

Looking for any information on the Heath family of East Allington/Malborough.
Samuel Heath born abt.1758.  He married Mary ?, could be Adams at East Allington on Feb.12 1787.

I am not sure how many children were in the family, but
I have -
Ann Adams?     30.09.1788
William Adams?17.09.1793
Johanna  Heath         1799  Malborough
Peter Heath               1801  Malborough

Father      Samuel Heath
Mother      Mary???Adams
I would be so pleased if someone could help me with
this family.

Thanks for the information about Samuel having a brother, Charles.  Did he have any other siblings and do you know their birthdates etc. ?  I would be so pleased to receive any info on this family.  I just can't seem to get past Samuel.
Any info I can give you please let me know.  Thanks for letting me know about Charles.

Thanks once again Sarra.  Maybe I am wrong about his Father.  I have had a reply from kesaunders79 - he tells me Samuel had a brother Charles. Yes, Richard Heath ( Samuel's grandson - son of Peter) migrated to Australia with his wife Priscilla and son John about 1857.   I just can't seem to find out who Samuel's mother and father were and also his wife's maiden name.   Thanks Sarra.

Looking for any information on Samuel Heath, born 1758?? AT BOVEY TRACEY I think his father was Charles Heath - Mother ????.

 Samuel was married to a Mary Tapper 18.06.1773 Bovey Tracey (I am not sure if this is 100% CORRECT)

 Children  -  Daughter Johanna, born 2.07.1799 at Marlborough.  Son Peter.(born 8.12.1801 Marlborough)
I am not sure if I have the right spouse for Samuel.   Would someone be able to help me with this family.  There seems to be so many Samuel Heaths of Devon.!!
