Thanks

Please can anyone help, I am trying to find details  of a marriage in St James Bristol for a Richard Townsend and an Elizabeth Dibdon in 1814.  I was wondering if there were any details of their parents or where they were living,

Thank You

Thank you.

I have not got an exact date for Sarah's birth as the census records only give an approximate date.

Do the records give details of grooms occupation?

Thanks

Thanks all for the information.  I think that Sarah's mother's maiden name was Little, are there any records for Little and Wallace?

Thanks

The only information that I have is that Sarah was Sarah Margaret Wallace, her father was
David Wallace and was a tailor.  Sarah moved to England  and was in service until she married in 1886 in Gloucestershire.  I understand that her mother died when she was young.  I think Sarah had a cousin Ruth who married a John Robert Greer and they had a farm in Hamiltons Bawn

Thanks for your message.  Sarah Wallace is my husband's great great grandmother. I am also reading the book that you mention.

Thanks
