New Zealand Completed Requests / Accessing archive materials in Wellington

A bit of a general query here, I have found a couple of items of interest on the NZ Archives website, unfortunately these are not available online and require a visit to the archives in Wellington, unfortunately I'm in Scotland so that is out of the question,
does anyone know of transcribers prepared to visit the archives

Can you get in touch with me via Facebook as I am interested in your Blackhall connection and may have some further info for you

It's definitely back to the drawing board, I reckon the children are about 5-7 years old, the boy I am guessing it is was b abt 1939 and the girl abt 1941 Which would make it post 1945

Oh well thinking cap on again

Thanks for that, I thought perhaps the photo was earlier and my friend had mis-identified the oldest lady. She has been in touch with a daughter of the small boy, at least a daughter of who I think he is, and she doesn't recognise anyone, there again she wasn't born until 1967, and the young boy, if I am correct, died in September 2012. Just 5 months too late with this.

I'll see if anyone else comes up with ideas and maybe try to find some other living descendants

I wonder if anyone can help me with an approximate date for this photograph, sent to me by a friend in the USA. The only information that I have on it is that the lady on the left is Agnes Proctor Blackhall b abt 1860 and the lady next to her is her daughter Evelyn b abt 1892.
Agnes died in 1949 but I am thinking from the clothing and the formality of the photograph that this was taken much earlier. I'm sorry that I can't supply more details

I had the feeling it was maybe a tenement building, but I suppose a hotel is just as likely, or it may have been converted to a hotel. Thanks for that, further investigation needed
