Can someone please put a date to the photo and the Minister.

The photo is stuck on black cardboard, and the readable writing on the back sais " Mr Harrison, Doals Minister, No 7 Plantation View, Burnley Road, Bacup".
I believe this is in Lancashire.

Thank you

According to Royal Mail the IRC's are no longer availabe in UK. but after searching over the weekend, i found a french post office online. I was amazed !.  i bought some french stamps.
So i just need them to arrive. I also found a site for requesting french births/marraiges/deaths. just fill in a form. Some places they will email you a copy, but here in UK, you  print out the form and send by mail. Seems easy if you know where to look.
This is the web page in case your interested.

Many thanks for all your help

Hey, Ive been searching and i found the IRC's. Your right, they are to cover return postage and other expenses.
I found places that sell them, return IRC's  from Australia, Canada, Germany Italy, even China. Yet nowhere can i find any for France. Any idear why ?.
What about cost. What would you think about the maximum cost of returning a  certificate, +  their expenses. It doesnt give any amount on the site.

Thanks
