The ref on the 1861 census is RG 9 4055

And at 22, is Evan Evans b 1834, with wife Mary b 1841 and baby Elizabeth b 1861

Thanks for the welcome Carol.

It doesn't give a street name on the 1861 census.  It is the young family Evans, I wondered if they had any more children by 1871 and if Elizabeth was still alive in 1871.
