Hi Gadget

That is her! I would never of thought of doing it your way, 1 because of privacy laws and 2, I would have thought I would have needed her married name to search deaths.
I pulled up the marriage certificate and that was definitely her.  Thank you again. Now I can prove to the family that she really did exist.

Looking for any information on Mary Lamb, born 2 July 1887. Daughter of James Crichton Lamb and Margaret Elizabeth Thomson. Margaret died about 2 weeks after giving birth and James remarried and moved to South Africa. Mary did not go.
I have Mary living with her grandmother Janet Lamb in Kirriemuir until 1901 and cannot find out anything after that.
Does anyone know if there are any other records out there that are available to search. I have know idea if she married or not.
Thank You
Mim

Thanks Bruce. I'll give that a try. Do you know anything about a church called the Evangelical Union?

Yes I followed the Ann Davidson and Helen Seydie , thought I was on the right track, untill I got James death certificate, thats when I realized I was wrong. Unfourtunatly with ScotlandsPeople you have to pay before you look, in N.S. where I live you get to look to make sure it is what you want before you pay for a copy. Oh well still no luck find anything on Robert Lamb. ScotP does not have anything on him or Ann Crichton.
