London & Middlesex Completed Lookup Requests / Marriage Details 1915-1935, William SIBLEY

I am having trouble confirming the second marriage and wife's details for William SIBLEY.
William was born 23 February 1875 in the West Ham District, son of William Sibley and Rachel Hood of 22 Hamfrith Road, West End.
On 15 December 1909, William married Maude VAN-OKKER in the West Ham District, and according to freebdm, had a daughter Iris G Sibley in September Quarter, 1915. Also according to freebdm, Maude re-married to a Charles Simmons Havard in September Quarter 1921.
My dilemma is that on his Death Certificate dated 21 January 1935, his informant was A.M.SIBLEY, widow of the deceased of 162 Goldhawk Road, Hammersmith. He died in the Hammersmith Hospital.
I have tried to find where & when he married again, and cannot find where a William Sibley married anyone with the initials of A.M., in the period and location area between 1915 and 1935, except for one in March Quarter 1920 to an Amelia Chillingworth in Shoreditch, but don't have a middle initial for her.
Hope someone can help.
