Thanks so much Georgie for having a look.  I was keeping my fingers crossed he might have been there.  I've got his wife in Salford with her mother and 3 year old son.  However, there is no sign of Richard/ James staying with the family.  I was hoping he was elsewhere in Manchester with other children.
