Looking For Family of Christopher(b 1826 in Lythe, Yorks)and Mary A(?)(b1843 in Limpton,Yorks)STONEHOUSE.Children include Elizabeth,(1861??),Anne(1865 in Lythe),Thomas(Broughton 1868),Christopher(kirby 1872) and Edwin(my great grandfather born 1878 in Kirby)Who were Christopher Snr's Family? Mary A who? Any other FamilyMembers?
I hope I am on the right Board. Any information would be most welcome

since posting this message we can confirm 2 entries of birth for both Gordon, and John (st catherines ref 11a 16640)  date of birth 27-9-1912, date of entry 17-10-1912. However only Gordon was baptised in the Vaynor Parish Church on 13th Dec 1912. There is no death certificate for John. Can anyone advise me what conclussions I can reach, or where to go from here?

since posting the original message I thankyou for your replies. I now have confimation that  I have 2 definate entries of birth (st catherines ref 11a 16640) date of birth 27-9-1912. Date registered 17-10-1912 ( dates taken from Johns birth certificate in my possession entry no 169 register book no 166).however only Gordon was baptised on 13th Dec 1912 at the Vaynor parish church Merthyr Tidfil. There is no record of death for John, anyone got any ideas where I should  search now ? or what conclussions I should now reach?

yeas but was there a death certificate for the sibling that died ? we have no record of that but we have two birth certificates carol80

My Father, Gordon Kennard Biddiss and his brother John Kennard Biddiss were born on 27-9-1912 in Mertyr Tydfil Wales to Drill Serg. Thomas Biddiss (born 1874 Southwark, Surrey) and Maud Mildred Biddiss, nee Kennard (1880 Poplar, Middlesex) address at the time was Drill Hall House Cefn Coed Rd. We have evidence of both entries of Birth yet  only Gordon was Baptised on 13th Dec 1912.  Cant find any records for John after his Birth. can anyone shed light on this?

John Kennard Biddiss, twin brother of Gordon Kennard Biddiss (Born 27-9-1912  in Merthyr Tidfil Wales)(ref bdm 11a 16640) to C. Sgt Thomas J. Biddiss, (born Southwark) then of the South Wales Borderer's and Maud Mildred nee Kennard (born 27.2.1880 Poplar.)
Birth registered 17-10-1912. (entry no 169 register book no 166)  however Gordon was the only one Baptised  at the Vaylor Parish Church 13.12.1912. Did John  go to Poplar and grow up with the Kennards ?

re address, We hold a birth certificate for another sibling born in Dec  1920, at which time the family lived at 270 Drill Hall House  Geln Coed RD (our  interpretation) they may have possibly  been at the same address in 1912
