Can anyone help?  I am trying to find out where the birth place/ parents was of Ellen Jones who married William Prior in Liverpool.  This is the only place of birth that I can find recorded and it is from the 1861 census.

I’ve been banging at this brick wall for a while.

Thomas Daniel m Isabella Kneen in 1872 on the Isle of Man.  They have two children there,

Nessie Isabella 1873
Thomas 1874

They move to Liverpool and have the following children

Maud Eleanor 1879
Thomas J 1872
Anne 1883
Beatrice Margaret 1885
Lily Sophia 1889

In 1891 I have them living on Melville Street Toxteth Park, then I cannot find them on the 1901 census.  The two youngest girls get married in 1908 & 1909 and are living together with their family in 1911.  On their marriage certificates it does not say that their father is deceased.

I have looked everywhere for Thomas Daniel and Isabella but cannot find them anywhere, a fresh pair of eyes would be most grateful.

Hi I am looking to trace the marriage or death of Agnes Dixon/Dickson

She was born in about 1842 New Cumnock.  I have her on the 1851 and 1861 census.  On the 1861 she is living in Gallowgate Glasgow with her parents and siblings.  She is a Dressmaker.

This is the last official time I can find Agnes.  I have tried the following marriages on SP -
Hewitson/Howitson 1872, Cameron 1866, it is not any of these.

If anyone can help I would be so grateful.

I’m looking for a friend.  Annie Hogg had a illegitimate baby girl Annie McIntosh Hogg in Edinburgh on 11 Nov 1908.  Annie Mc was always told that her father died at the battle of Jutland and his surname was Hogg.
 
There is a prayer book  and it says Christmas 1927, 2 Grove place Edinburgh.

Annie snr married an Ernest Wilson, they had a son William who won the Military Medal in WW2.

At sometime they are living in the Midlands.

I cannot find any trace of Annie Mc father as he is not on the birth certificate, and Jutland was a few years after she was born.

Any help would be fab.

I am hoping to push my family tree further back, and I could do with some help please.

I have Robert Park marrying Margaret Paterson in 1776 in Renfrew. I do not know their parents names, although on Ancestry their marriage has the name John Paterson, I think this may be Margaret’s father and not a witness.  I do not have a birth for either of them.

One of their children James married Agnes Bainie in 1798 Renfrew, I cannot find a birth or parents for Agnes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
