Did May marry?  If so - did she marry as Potter or as Bendelow?

A copy of her marriage certificate will show her age which will substantially narrow down your search

I notice that the 1901 census entry for Elsie May Tilbury has had a corrected name notified to Ancestry by a G V Richards who claims that her given name was Elsie Mary - not Elsie May

Is this person a relative?
