I would love to see this photo of my grand dad in colour and a date if possible. It is on a post card which has POST CARD British made on the back.

They have often been helpful to me when I have telephoned them , so you should be lucky. I can get a photo for you if there is a headstone once you have a plot number or area as I live quite near, but its a big place to search without knowing which area.

On the left gatepost to the main house there appears to be a round emblem with what looks like a 3 leaf clover. I wonder if this has any significance?

The car in the street does look old but if you look behind the trees to the left of the Fill up with Shell sign there appears to be a much more modern car?

I have now discovered that this photo is from the school in Alderton Wiltshire and therefore would include my grandfather born 1895, not grandmother as originally thought. I have attached the youngest photo I have of him and wonder if anyone could hazard a guess as to which child he is. His other brothers born 1896 and 1903 and sister born 1901 may also be included.
