Hi I've got the burial date for you it is 13 November 1926 he is buried at Canwick road cemetery Lincoln he wasn't buried with my gt grandmother aa far as I knoq bit o havw electrol roll dates and addresses fpr you  in 1013-4  he lived at 8 Blundell court waterside south Lincoln by 1920 they had moved to 18 saltergate Lincoln with my grandad also being on the electrol roll by this time along with george wife Mary Jane Parsons 1923 they had moved tp 5 steep hill Lincoln where they lived till his death in 1926 but George and Mary Jane Parsons returned tp Newcastle upon Tyne in 1917 the year your gt grandmother died to marry then returned to Lincoln I presume the Lincoln people never knew they weren't married I hope this helps its a shame that your family hasn't talked about your grandfather to you I have had my grandparents lie about how my grandfather came to be in Lincoln until I found out it was to cover up this secret well good luck xx

From what i gather he moved to 6 waterside south lincoln was here for the 1911 census think he moved to lincoln for work think he worked at a place which was rustons will get back to you on that at the weekend as will have to dig my documents out also got the plot number of his grave if you would like it i think georgina died in the 1980s she didnt stay with her family she moved down south(so yes Georgina would of been your aunt ) , mary jane laws my great grandmother only lived a few streets away from your great grandparents in newcastle upon tyne

Hi Ainsley no problem if you don't ask you won't find the answer your gt grandfather left your gt grandmother (I don't know if you  know this )  and moved away with my gt grandmother (a widow) her name was mary jane laws (nee marshall) they had one daughter together called georgina in about 1908 in Hull then moved to Lincoln they did eventually marry but not till your gt grandmother died and he died in Lincoln if you want any more info let me know will see if I can help regards jo

Hello can some one point me in the right direction ive found out that my three of my great uncle James laws children died but what im interested in is that two of them died in the march qtr of 1919 in tynemouth aged 1 and 4 was there a disease around at that time or a tragedy that happened tried google but cannot seem to come up with anything any help to where to find this information would be appreciated
