I am researching the family name of Archard

Does anyone know where I can view the parish records for West Ham (births and marriages)  Dates 1880 - 1930

Are they available on CD or scans to view on the internet ?

I wondered if anyone had access to the Hatherlow Chapel records at Bredbury, Stockport, who could look up a marriage entry for me please in July -Sept 1950.

If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it.

I am looking for any reference to my relative George ATTRIDE (alias EVE) who AWOL from the Army 80th Foot South Staffordshire Rgt on 17 May 1884.

I believe that the Police Gazette printed names/details of all those who went missing.  As he was rank of Colour Sergeant, had a wife and children and had already served for 12 years, I suspect that he may have featured in the pages

If anyone could look up the 1884 editions (May onwards) to see if there is any reference, I would be very grateful

yes............   I have not got a copy of the certificate (I thought that the same info would be present on both), but I should order it and see what is on there.
