« on: Wednesday 07 October 09 22:36 BST (UK)  »
Hello,

I wonder if someone could have a look on the 1891 census for me please?

I'm looking for a John Naylor (born approx 1833 in Greasley) occupation coal miner and his wife Barbara (born approx 1834). They were living in Newthorpe in 1881 along with their children Amy (born approx 1860), Annie (born approx 1862), Mary (born approx 1865), Lucy (born approx 1870), Hetty (born approx 1873), John (born approx 1875), and Ada (born approx 1876).

Thanks in advance,

Matt

Family History Programs, Tree Organisation, Presentation / Downloadable programs?
« on: Thursday 13 August 09 21:40 BST (UK)  »
Hi

I've recently purchased an acer aspire one notebook running windows xp which I'm very pleased with.

However, it doesn't have a cd drive so I need a family tree program that I can download. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I've read through the thread that lists all programs but i'm looking for recommendations from users?

Thanks

Matt

Hey folks

I've got a nice picture of my Grandad from when he joined up in WW2, I wonder if someone could give him a tidy up please?

I received it via email so I don't have a higher resolution scan, fingers crossed it's ok to work on.

Thanks in advance

Matt
