Technical Help / Installing Family History Disc

Help needed if possible please.

I have Windows 10 and trying to install an old data disc from my 'Family Tree Genealogy Suite', and not being successful at all.  In the instruction to install it says - click on Start, Run then type in D:/Setup.exe of course, this has now all changed, how on earth can I get to use this now, any ideas greatly appreciated, thank you.

Been a little concerned over a member that I would often chat with and helped me a lot with records in the past.  Throughout 2013 I left a pm for them, but they have never been online, the last time being December 2012.

Just wondering if anyone knows this member by person, as I know sometimes that this happens ie a member on here knew Liverpool Annie.

Hello

I am looking for some more help with this, if anyone can help please?

I am looking for mum and daughter on the 1871 census, this has proved very difficult possibly because mum married and the surname will be different on the census.  Alternatively daughter Alice could be living with relatives who stated her surname as theirs and not her birth name.

There is an Alice Burns, a grandchild born 1869 Isle of Wight living with William and Frances Scott.

An Alice E Downer, niece born 1866 Isle of Wight living with Edward Jenkins.

There is also an Alice born 1868, granddaughter living in the same household as an Elizabeth King born 1844 and a John and Sarah Goodridge.

There is the Bilk family (George b 1808 IOW and Harriet b 1818) living Northwood Isle of Wight and living with them is an Alice Bilk, grandaughter b 1867 Northwood, but I have been unable to find out who her parents were. (RG10/1159/24/3 - Tinker's Lane, Northwood)

I only have the birth certificate, that is all the details I have.

Alice Emily Foster born 1867 Carisbrooke workhouse, Isle of Wight
Mum's name Elizabeth Foster living South Street Ryde Isle of Wight
No dad mentioned on the birth certificate

So you see it is a bit of a task to find these 2 on the 1871 census, any leads would be most welcome.

Harris David Cook or Edward Wellesley Dowling

I have been trying to find the relevant couple on the 1901 census.
