Staffordshire / William York in Coseley

I have a memory of my Grandfather George Edward Jones in a picture standing by the side of a Brake with 3 horses and telling me that he took the brake to Bridgnorth and back from Sedgley / Coseley, 3 horses were taken as when they came back up the Ermitage hill (is that the correct spelling) out of Bridgnorth the passengers had to walk and they needed 3 horses to pull the Brake, he lived at 37 Tunnel Street in Coseley with his uncle William York in 1901 where William is show as being a Brake proprietor, in the 1911 census George Edward Jones was married but William York was now living at 39 Tunnel St Coseley as a Haulier, I have been looking for more details for Williams business and a copy of the elusive photograph but apart from confirming details as above I have not progressed, any ideas Guy's
