Hi I have posted pics on your sight before ...but never through my phone ..and I'm not great at these things ..I've just tried to send a pic l would love to have restored of my lovley mam .I'ts a copy  and looks quite dark and has some damage .when I posted it it said it was to large ...can you help thank you eda

Hello I'm trying to find Mary Jane hall ,she married Edward Dooley 1889 in Scarborough ,I'm researching a needlework instruction book that we think came from the Dooley family ,it's dated 1848 I thought Edward was from Stockport but maybe he was from Yorkshire area ,,on the 1911 census he was 53yrs ,Mary Jane was 48 yrs they were in Stockport In 1911 and the Dooley family remained in Stockport ,,thanks eda

Hi I'm researching a for a family member ,who had an aunt and uncle who they say worked at the Sutherland estate ,it seems an old aunty was given a ring for her services, by lady Millicent Hawes who was the daughter of the estate owners this would have been around 1925-1940 approx ,.would love to get to the bottom of this mystery we still have the ring ,my question is do you think there could be employment records and possible photos somewhere that I can access  thanks eda
