Hi Newbie,
I already contacted Donna at GR before I read Paul's offer to do the same. The Donna F you saw listed has a different member number (perhaps someone is looking for her or Fieldhouse could be her married name). The other one researching the names you mentioned only shows her christian name until you send a message. With a bit of sleuthing I matched Donnas number with 3 surnames you gave us and it came up with her surname when I sent the message for her to find you on rootschat.
It could also be that Donna is away on holiday, sometimes email addresses are (accidentally) deactivated when people are away. I guess you'll soon know the answer by how long you have to wait for her to contact you.

Her internet provider might just be offline due to power/weather/technical problems, maybe you could try again later.
