I am researching the MacKenzie family (originally Scottish presbyterian) and have found them 1901/1911 census in Myrtle Hill Terrace, Cork City.
Their daughter Kathleen Ann the only child of the family to be born in Ireland married a Victor Blundell in 1914.  They lived in Midleton and had 2 daughters, Patricia Clare & Sheila Blundell.
Victor Blundell died in 1935 and I have "hit a brick wall" regarding his wife Kathleen, cannot locate her. Have found Victors burial place but Kathleen not interred there.

Any suggestions would be welcome as to where I might look to locate her after 1935.

I am trying to help his grand nephew research the family.  He has no information other than he was told he died in the War.
Will try your suggestion and look at deaths maybe this might throw up something.

I have David Cotter on 1901 Census age 24yrs. Parents Maurice Cotter & Elizabeth Geary in Midleton.
There are baptism records for his siblings, none for David & no Civil Birth Cert.
He has disappeared after 1901 census as have searched All Ireland in 1911 & no trace.
Have also searched immigration to USA - while there were a couple of Davids from Midleton, none with the above parents.
Would welcome any suggestions on where I might now go as after close on 10 years I think I have possibly exhausted most sources.  Thanks

Thank you Shane for your reply. Have searched IFH - no luck. Also church records in Cloyne parish. Have also done all ireland search -no luck either.
The lady of the Braham family told me there was a story in the family that they came from Scotland and were in Limerick firstly before Cloyne.  Have searched Ancestry and other sites again with no result.

Re your query, I know there is definitely an ASHGROVE in Cobh Co Cork as I know of someone who lives there. Hope this helps.
