Yorkshire (East Riding & York) / Prison Census records 1871 Hull or York

 :( :(Has anyone any ideas if it is possible to search prison records in the 1871 census Yorkshire?
I have a William Smith, Labourer, Age 34yrs & John Ennis Sawyer aged 21yrs  both born East Riding, who where tried at Beverley Quarter Sessions 1868 and given a 5yrs Prison Sentence. It does not say which prison.  Both burglarized house's in South Cliffe, East Yorkshire.
Any help would be much appereciated.  I do have the entry from the court which is where i got my information from.

Hi Carolyn,
I just wanted to ask you if Wainford, Norfolk/Suffolk Border Parish Records are part of Bungay?
I have been looking for members of the Starkey Family, including William Starkey born c1804 in
 the small village of Wainford, and i have been told this is part of Bungay.
I have no idea as to where to start my search for this family, Norfolk or Suffolk any help would be of assistance.

Can anyone advise me as to wether burial records for Canada are available anywhere?
I am looking for burials for Charles Witty and Maria his wife.  They had 6 chldren in the UK, Mary Ann, Joseph, Jane Ann, David, William & Sarah, and two more in Melbourne, Quebec, John 19/12/1831 & Catherine 31 Oct 1833.

Looking to find a baptism of a Wiliam Starkey supposedly Born c1804 Wainford, Bungay, in the hope that it gives parents names or some other family information.  William moved to Yorkshire c1820 and married and lived here the rest of his life, he was a Cordwainer and Boot & Shoemaker.
