Inverness / Graham's of Inverness

My Grandfather Alexander Graham (1887) came to South Africa in early 1900's. He was a survivor of Delville Wood. Sadly I never met him. My son is named after him, and surprisingly, when I started my research I realised they share a birthday!!
His parents were Donald(1837) and Harriet (1849) Graham. The youngest of the children, his siblings were Catherine (1878), Donald (1879), Margaret (1858), Mary (1863), Christina (1864), Ann (1866), Helen (1882), John (1884) and Jessie (1970).
His grandparents were Duncan (1801) and Mary (1811).
If anyone can help with filling some gaps, your assistance would be appreciated.
