            Harriet or Hannah @1858

           Elizabeth would be new born if listed as born in 1861.
         There is a Joseph Taylor with them who is listed as a cousin.

   Two great sites .The pub looks really good and we will try to make a visit when we next travel in .It turns out it is just round the corner from where my brother worked.Small world . The area was well know to another Liscoe - Samuel was a Wharfinger a Hays Wharf just down the road.

 I have be going mad through this index goodness knows what they are under!

  I wonder where the children are George (jnr) should be about 10.
  Another pub for George to run the last one was in Great Tower Street..

  I have the 1861 census index by S&N but its not helping I am trying to find..

       George Liscoe b@1820 Beckenham
       Hannah Liscoe b@1828 Horsley down
       and children George/ William/ Hannah.

      Address in 1871 = 1 Botolph Alley Billingsgate.

   Anyone who can help thanks

Yes the church in Brill is All Saints.Have a look at....

   www.countyviews.com
  They have pictures of the church and a couple of the village as well.A good place to look for places in Bucks.

Hi Pad,

    Also Checked on 1881 on familysearch.
    It just said Oakley .Is it Oakley Bucks or Oakley Beds.
   Try a 1861 search  for Oxon might throw up a new lead.
