"...Round ringge..." perhaps?

Perhaps "Rec[orde]d here" is more likely?

"...stated this offence pledging Drugget..."

With thanks to Bookbox's post.

Also, further down:  "...Surgeon's report Good."

Referring to the Surgeon on the transport.

"21 March 1845 Serjeant / Absent 2 nights with[ou]t leave 2 mo[nth]s hard labour"

I can't make much sense of the codes following but again I think it's an official movement which took place on 28/3/45.

It is "Gaol report" - a standard part of a convict record which travelled with the convict from their UK gaol.  Here it appears to be spelt "Goal".

Also: "Stated this offence" - another standard phrase from convict records.

"Nov 26th 1844 Wheatley / Bringing a frivolous & vexatious complaint Case against her mistress One mo[nth's] hard labour"

Wheatley is probably the Police Magistrate who dealt with the offence.

I believe the section following is what they did with her following that conviction:

"C_ Fact[or]y Hobart __ G? ___ 29th Nov 44"

She may have been sent to the Cascades Female Factory in Hobart.

It is definitely:   "...called or known by the name of Hob in the Corner situate..."

One possible explanation for the name is that the messuage or tenement was occupied by a public house.

FindMyPast transcribes the family as:

John
Nancy
John
Joseph
Jane
William
Mary
George
Nancy

I'm inclined to agree with them.

Last line ends with "Sarah Hannah".  There is something at the front which is cut off by the image - is it an "M" for Mother?

First line may be: "F[ather] John at N P 4 B John".

Middle line probably ends with:  "21 Mary Av".  Word before that may be "George".
