Lincolnshire / Boulton Brigg/ Carlton/ Louth Area

I am related to

Vera Mary Boulton 1925-1979 4x cousin 1 removed
Born in Brigg died in Grimsby. Daughter of Harold Traves Boulton and Elsie Taylor.

I'm trying to find a link to Godfrey Boulton, b1845 South Kelsey d 1923 Brigg. Son of John Boulton and Mary Ann Blanchard.

I've been told the Louth area Boulton's are related to The Briggs ones, but just have yet to find any links.

There's three Blanchard families on my tree and I can't find a connection to Mary Ann either.

Yes that's what I have! Where the Derbyshire story comes from I don't know! But it's in their own literature. Maybe family folklore!

I just now need to find my link to him. I managed to eventually get my link to the Pocklingtons.

Lincolnshire / Myers Family

Charles William Myers started the famous bakery business in 1901. He Originally opened up in Alford and also owned a six sailed mill.

His family currently grandsons currently run the bakery in Horncastle.

I am told we are related to this family and have started to try and find the link. My 4 x Great grandmother was Elizabeth Myers born between 1795-1780 and married William Jollands 1795.

Any experts on the famous bakers out there. Also, the Bakery website states that Charles originated from Derbyshire, yet every family tree I have seen, has him born in Cawthorpe!

We lived in the other side of a semi to the Rawdings at Starlode drove.

I was only three, but I remember they had two sons and a daughter.

Thanks breakfree! I appreciate that.

Have you a tree online anywhere? I'm doing the connection manually at the moment.
