Free Photo Restoration & Date Old Photographs / my great great gran

I have a copy of a photo of my great gran,the copy is on paper.There are a couple of marks on the picture,one is on her face.Would it be possible to restore the photo without the marks,it was taken around 1884.

I have been trying to find where my great x2 grandad was buried but so far I have no luck.Henry Joseph Masters died in Hackney on the 14th June 1886.He's not on any web-site that has burials,I've tried contacting different parts of London but that lead to going round in circles.He was born in Kent and his first child died as a baby in Maidstone so I thought he could be there but I can't find any sites with Maidstone burials.please can someone help me,after 3 years I've run out of ideas. His daughter is also a mystery,Catherine Sarah Bunch,nee Masters,my great gran,died in Ashford,Kent in 1947,she could have been cremated,I don't know but I can't find any trace of her final resting place either.
       Thanks for any help
