Anglesey / Help Me Find This Baptist Minister!

Hi, I'm new to this Rootschat business so I don't know if this is the right thing to do but here goes.
Thomas Edward Williams, b.1869 in Aberystwyth was a Baptist Minister who lived in Anglesey for some time. I'd like to find more about his time on Anglesey. How's best to do this? I have found him in the 1891 census there but nothing else.
