Can  anyone  help  me i am  having  problems  finding
emigration records for  my  great aunt  violet
the  details i do have are  as  follows
Violet Cook  born  may 1871 scarborough
parents  Robert  George  Cook and Catherine Callaghan. In 1898 she married  Duncan Mac Clean in Dunbar Scotland. We know that   she  emigrated to the USA  before 1907, as her son Kenneth was born in Colorado in 1907(died Los Angeles 1949)
She also had  daughter  Catherine, though we  can not find any records for her at all. There may also have been another son called William, though no one in the family is quite sure of this.
Violet  died  on  the 25/9/1956  Los  Angeles  (19)
her last  address  was  Montana  ave  Los  Angeles
. When she died her surname was Nichols so we are do not know if Duncan Mac Clean died, or they divorced, so we are also looking for a Mac Clean/ Nichols marriage and possibly more children.
Violets social security number was   565-12-7641 and Kenneths was 549-01-2944 if this is of any help.
I have  tried  a  few  places  with  not a  lot  of  success
if  anyone  has  any  ideas  i would  be  very  great full

Can anyone help me, I am having problems finding marriage and emigration records for my great aunt Violet.
The details I do have are as follows
Violet  cook  born  may  1871  scarborough
parents Robert George Cook and Catherine Callaghan living in the Tyson street area.
We know she emigrated to Los Angeles, lived in district 26,
had 2 children Kenneth and Catherine, and died in september 1956.
The problem I am having is finding any record of her emigrating to America, and tracing a marriage in either the UK or America, as all I know is her married name was Nichols, I have no idea of her husbands  Christian name.
Does anyone have any ideas?
