I really don't know how you do the hours you work without breaks,  I thought breaks were allowed after so many hours work, I have worked through breaks but only  because I wanted to and not regularly,  I do feel for you feeling so low right now, is it time to talk to your superior for a few days off duty,

What a lovely picture, medals worn with pride and that is how it should be, sadly my father in law didn't apply  for his medals, I have no  Idea why but I find that incredibly sad.

Think I would prefer to "sneak out" I would prefer to shop leisurely,  my husband comes with me now and it makes a difference, I don't do my usual shopping run on a Friday anymore, out at 8am with my friend, a chat and in to pack it away, someone else took away my confidence to do that trip each week.

Yes, a night light would be a good idea Viktoria.

Looks a nicer day so far,  fed up with the weather pattern lately,  no wonder I have lost my build of of credit I had gathered on my heating  bills, by now the heating  would have been off but it really is too cold in the evening, my husband feels the cold more than I do.

Sorry to hear you have been unwell Gibel, there is a lot of things going around, I have just had a virus like no other,  did a covid test which was negative think goodness,  I do all the right things as regards to sanitising but still I got whatever it is, there is always something lurking about.

Beautiful day here but it often starts  off sunny and bright but then the rain comes for the rest of the day.
