michael i see what you mean about the 1851 census i'll have to try and sort that one out mmmm,wonder if elizabeth just gave birth in that area but was living somewhere else. the 1861 i have them living at 15 ramsey cottages as there is samuel(his father also samuel occ-anchor smith),elizabeth,george aged 9, mary ann (dad's gr-gran)and sarah, mary ann was born in blaydon and sarah born in swalwell. this line has been a tough one,as they all are ha ha .
