Re: Fred Burchell marred Louisa J Carhart on the 1st Jan 1914. Had a son named John born 15th Dec 1921, Louisa died on the 8th Feb 1921 at 1 Moor Lane. John was adopted by the Mr & Mrs Matthew T Mitchinson. John married on 4th Dec 1943 to Lillian Bock and had three children. John died in 2021. Daughter Lynda born 3rd Sept 1947. Which we met servile times. Lynda died on the 16th Sept 2020.

Sorry,  My dad was killed in a lorry accident when I was 16 my mother new notting about my father first marrage.    Yes I have traced one decedent so far, but there grandad died the only person that might have know something.

Many Thanks for your reply, I understand John could be alive, but as now he would be 93 it makes it very unlikely. I have the birth and death certificates of Fred Burchell and Louise as Fred was my father. I also have John's Birth certificate.

John Burchell 1 Moor Lane, West Harton, South Shields

Does any one know, or knows of someone who would have information about a baby boy born December 15th 1921 at 1 Moor Lane, West Harton, also, his mother who sadly died on February 8th 1922 at the same address, also C P Hill who registered her death.
The baby was John Burchell and his mother was Louise Burchell (nee Carhart). I am desperate to find some news of the boy, and of any family, he might have had.
