All born Moffatt - David b 1776 & wife Jane b 1774.Children likely to be still at home in 41 are,Jessie b 1836,Margaret b 1832 & Robert b 1821.Sorry no occupations known.David died in 1859.

Samuel Oliver (Designer) b abt 1817 B Green,wife Harriet Ann b abt 1818 B Green,daughters Harriet Ann b 1843 B Green,Maria Louisa b 1845 Spitalfields,Matilda Jane b 1847 Spitalfields & son Joseph Samuel b 1851 Spitalfields.1851 Census 24,Montague Street,Spitalfields.1865 Maria's place of residence is given as South Hackney on her marriage certificate.

I have the London cds,but no indexes.Any help appreciated

Essex / Dodd - Braintree district 1851/61/71/91

Henry & Maria Dodd both born c 1820 (Maria - Wethersfield)
Maria a widow living in Finchingfield in 1881 with daughter Lucie Sophia Dodd.I have 1861 Census on cd (without name index),but can't find them there.Henry died in 1874 & Maria in 1899,both registered in Braintree district.They may have been in Finchingfield all the time and i've just missed them in the 61 census.
Any help would be great with this family,as i've been searching for Maria for years and found her yesterday.

Does anyone know about or have any links with this surname in Halifax and or Rathmell c 1800-1830,maybe before this date too.Specifically Mary,born Rathmell ? (Hard to read on 1851 Census) c1812,who married my ancestor Abraham Rothwell born Halifax c1814.Any help much appreciated.

Looking for any information about the name,especially Richard and Hannah & their family Ann,Anne,Harriet,William & Charlotte in the late 18th,early 19c They lived around the Brick Lane/Church Street area.Were they Huguenots ?
