i`ve found my grt grandfather on the 1901 census. it`s states that he was a coachman, living at westbury st swansea.. then on my grandfather's` birth cert it states he is a cabdriver swansea.. does anyone what type of cabs or coaches would have been in use in the 1900`s. and can i find more info on this.. his name is George smith regards Sharon

hi. i`m searching for a jane hodder, which i think is her marraige name,, i don`t know her maiden name. her name appeares on a head stone, belonging to my granmother`s 2 brothers, who`s surnames were williams, i don`t think she was buried in this grave has it only says (also of jane hodder).. my family would like to know who jane hodder is... she also left a will to my grt grandfather.. but the will has been lost....

hello.. i wonder if anyone can help me.. my paternal grandmother was phyills irene REED.. her father ran a coal merchant business in clydach swansea...i don`t know his name, as my dad can`t remember.. is there any way of findin out any info on these reeds, coal merchants.. i have`nt got a lot to go on
