Seems this topic has been discussed before with Ann McKinlay being buried with Elizabeth Brake at Mount Pleasant:

Find-a-Grave has them buried together with Elsie's death in 1996 (if I'm reading the tombstone correctly):

Further along in the file, Ann's address is given as 248 Cedric Avenue, Wychwood, Toronto, changed to 204 Dovercourt with a marriage date of 23 August 1915.

So he marries in 1915 and his wife is noted as next of kin, but doesn't leave her anything in the will??  And who is Lizzie Glen Jamieson?? -- The daughter Elizabeth born 1899 who may have been Richard's daughter and not James Jamieson's??  Ann got his pension of $80.

From Richard's WWI service file naming his father, widow and sister:

Thanks; however, have an issue with the 1915 marriage of Richard McKinley to Ann Bertram.  Richard dies of his wounds in 1916 and is buried at Vimy.

Richard McKinley's WWI attestation record gives his birthplace as Lockwinnich, Scotland.

Could this be Annie's second husband -- address matches 1921 Census. Toronto  Star dated June 27, 1916:
