Trish thank you for the info. I think you may be correct about Catherine dieing young. The burial of Hannah at the same place may place the family in Upwell.

Thanks for the info. I had tracked down the Bapt of John William BULMAN in 1813 but another child is a bonus. I am stuck in trying to find if/or the family moved elsewhere. Any info very welcome.

Hi

Looking for information on the family of William Bulman and Catherine Whiting. They married in Downham Market 4 Jul 1809. I know of one child Mary Whiting Bulman born 31 Oct 1809 in Downhan Market. She married Isaac Woods 6 Jan 1836 in Thompson. This family arrived in South Australia in 1852. Any contacts for the BULMAN family?

Thank You

Doris

Hi

I have at long last tied your John WOODS into my Woods family. The info is as following:
John Woods Bap 5 Sep 1823 at Merton Father George WOODS Brickmaker Born 1798 in Thompson
George was the son of Peter WOODS & Elizabeth HODSON my 3xgreat grandparents. I have a possible burial date for George. 4 Mar 1838 in Thompson. The family were brickmakers in Thompson.

I don't have any info on Jane Chinnery.

Doris

The Woods family spread out in New Zealand and Australia.

Hi Dave

Thank you for that info. It was not what I wanted but that's how things go in family research.
I have found that some people just take what they want from the first record that may fit and then enter that as fact in their family tree.

Many Thanks

Hi Dave

I am interested in finding a burial record of Sara Summerfield. She was Sara Robbins who married William Summerfield (s/o William Summerfield & Mary Bonham) in Cople.

My interest in finding this record is as follows: My 3x great grandfather William Summerfield appeared in Maulden in 1801 in a marriage to Ann Stanford. (married as Wm Summerville) The bap records of their children are under the name Summerfield.

William died in 1846 in Maulden. Death cert gives his age as 89. Burial records give his age as 88. 1841 census gives his age as 85.

I know that William s/o William Summerfield and Susan Redman Bap 1757 was married in London.

This leaves William s/o William and Mary Bonham bap 1755. If a burial record for Sara Summerfield can be found (Cople/Cardington) this would confirm that the William who married in Maulden  in 1801 is the same person.

Thanks

Doris
