I haven't moved all day from the computer Rosie  at times doing my head.. 
After 35 yrs of research   never thought i be following family to the USA lol  its bowled me over.
i am now thinking only four sons went   Benjamin, Thomas, Emanuel   who i think was a prof of music and henry,

So a very big thank you

I can't find Henry who married Maria marriage so perhaps they married in USA.

I have started writing a book on the family, thats when you really find that you are missing stuff.

A very BIG BIG thank you everyone , thats fantastic,  yes this is the family,  gosh wonder what there reason to leave there family behind.

I can't thank you enough,, sometimes I get so confused with all the family members, it helps to have extra eyes,    and  yes Norwood, Harwood, worwood, whorwood wharwood  gosh  thanks

hi there.
I am hoping someone can help me with immigration to New York.

Trying to work out when and how many, of my 3 gr grandfathers brothers and maybe a sister immigrated to USA  1840 to 1850

 WARWOOD was their name
Benjamin b 1811 wife ann maria
John b 1814
James b 1816 ?? wife Esther??  not sure if them went and come home
Thomas b 1819
Emanuel b 1821
Henry b 1823 and wife maria
Emma 1827
And Emma born 1840

wow thank you everyone, I always know this is the place to turn when I go brain dead,  i do have many many pages written in word,,  but have to say over the years, changing computer, stuff seems to be all over the place.
Yes didn't want a to pay for a programme that only does my history , I want to do a story from 1500 to today.
then the photo books you can get, is more for pic not so much lots of stories..
i did find "the family history writing studio" which looks good.  and I also found "Scrivener" which i might look into, it just might help me sort out my mess.

Thank you  yes i should do that..    i just look at the computer and start researching and not writing,  i do have lots info and stories , its getting it in some sort of order.   brain dead.
