Does anyone know if records were kept / are accessible? I understand soldiers may have been billeted in my house and would like to find out more. Thanks.

London and Middlesex / Samuel (John) Henderson 1825 - 1883 London

I am looking for information on Samuel's parents. His father was Charles Henderson and mother was Sarah, possibly nee Peowrie. Samuel and siblings were baptised in St Leonard's, Shoreditch in 1826. Samuel's middle name is given as John on a marriage certificate although it is not used on death certificate, nor on census returns. Samuel worked in the horse and carriage trade and Charles also did at some point.

Hi,
I'm hoping MikeyP84 sees this.
My great grandmother was Mary Russell (nee Gaynor) and Peter Michael Russell was the brother of my grandmother Esther. I have a photo of Mary Russell and her brother Owen J Gaynor standing next to the headstone that Owen had erected for their parents. The photo was taken before Peter died, so his name doesn't appear on the headstone.
If you would like a copy of the photo please contact me via this website.
I guess you are also a descendant of Mary or Owen J Gaynor? Do you have any information about their Gaynor grandfather please?
Thanks
