Hi there,
I'm trying to trace grandparents who came to Fairbridge Farm in 1910/1920. His surname is Allen and don't know the grandmothers names.  They apparently married at Fairbridge Farm where they met. Possible marriage around 1928/1931. I was adopted and cannot find my mother Jean Allen, B.1932 as she may have passed. So am trying to find my grandparents names then maybe find some siblings of my biological mother.
Thank you Robyn Condran (on behalf of adoptee)

Yes that was correct 2 x Richard and Bridget Fitzgeralds in Woodend. The Court house in Woodend actually put 2 x children's Births to the wrong parents. And still stands wrong to this very day.

Hi Maddy, I have since found that Janet is marked as deceased on her mother's Death Certificate who died in 1925. So we now know Janet died prior to 1925. I'm just looking for a Death date for Janet Mitchell.
Cheers Robyn

Hi Matthew i've hunted everywhere for  Marco's parents. Been on several Facebook groups including a Serbian group, but no good. Makes me think some sort of conspiracy in the town, were the parents disposed of??  Think Marco passed some info to his son Peter Aprilovic in NSW before he died.
Robyn.

Hi Matthew,  yes we are related.  Your great-great grandmother Catherine (Condran) Doyle and my great grandfather Joseph Condran were sister and brother. Not sure on Frank and Frederick Aprilovic. I have info on Fred but not Frank. I have rung Peter Aprilovic aged 94yrs and his son Mark on several occasions and plan to visit them in NSW.  I live in Western Australia.

Family History Beginners Board / Fitzgerald's of Ireland and England
« on: Sunday 19 November 17 00:41 GMT (UK)  »
Hello, am trying to find records for my G.G.G.grandfather Richard Fitzgerald B. abt 1799 who married Catherine Hayes B. abt 1800 in Ireland/England. Catherine's parents were Michael Hayes and Catherine Walsh, as per Death Records in Australia. I cannot find any Birth or Marriages for these families. Think these people were born in Ireland and moved to Middlesex, England, then migrated to Australia around 1850's. Richard and Catherine Fitzgerald had a son Richard Fitzgerald B. abt 1830. I have Richard and Catherine's Death dates in Australia.
Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Robyn
