Hi, I am doing research on my Powell side of the family. My Great grandmothers father was Henry Powell b. 8th Feb. 1821 in Ludlow, he was married to Mary Ann Smith, b. 29 Jul. 1829, Surrey, Chertsey. Henry Powells father was called Edward b. 1778 in Ludlow too. He was married to Elizabeth Langslow b. 1780, I think by Hereford. I am looking for other ancestors to this tree, and if there is someone that could help me with researching in England, as I live in Norway. I believe Edward Powell`s father was called Samuel, and was married to Mary Milman, but this is unsure. Is there anybody that could help me?

Hi , My 4th Great-grandfather was Francis Cossum, who was married to Sarah Devas. His father was Richard Cossum, but I cannot find the parents of Richard. Their daughter Sarah Cossum is my 3d great-grandmother, she married William Everett Smith, who also was a draper.
Living in Norway, I find searching for scanned records really difficult in England. Do you know what part of the Cossums or Devas where Huguenot's? This is what information was passed down from my grandmother. I would love to share the little I have of my family. Best regards
