Thank you for the 1851 census information.  I have looked again on the 1841 disc but can't find a Bonner Street.

I am looking for the following family on the 1841 census at Bethnal Green. Although I have a copy of the Middlesex 1841 census from 'Stepping Stones' I have been unable to find them or the street where I believe they were in 1841.

Charle Douglass Head, Mary Ann Douglass, children Charles, Mary Ann, Emma born 1838, Esther born 1840.  All the children were born in Bethnal Green.  Mary Ann Douglass maiden name was MACE and she was born at Spitifields, Charles was born St.Luke's, Bethnal Green.  Address in 1841 was 23 Bonney Street or at least that what it looks like on the birth certificates I have for Emma and Esther but the writing isn't very clear.  Any information on the above names gratefully received. They were in Whitechapel in 1851 at Buttress Street according to a distant relative. Thanks

Although I have a copy of the Middlesex 1841 census from Stepping Stones CD, I have been unable to find Bonney Street, Bethnal Green. I am looking for the DOUGLASS family, Charles and Mary Ann Douglass with children including Charles, Mary, Emma and Esther .  They were at 23 Bonney Street in the sub-district of St. Matthew Bethnal Green in 1840.  The writing on the two birth certificates I have isn't clear but the address begins with a Bo and ends in ey.  Can anyone help with the details. Thanks
