Тысяча девятьсотъ четырнадцатого года Iюля тринадцатого дня въ Несвичскомъ Римско-Католическом приходском костелѣ окрещенъ младенецъ именемъ Ярославъ. Настоятелемъ того-же костела ксендзомъ Евгениемъ Порковичемъ, съ совершениемъ всѣхъ обрядовъ Таинства.
Крестьянъ Чаруковской волости Рудольфа и Паулины урожденной Эрнстъ Новачковъ, законныхъ супруговъ сынъ родившийся сего года Iюля шестого дня въ с. Губинѣ Несвичскаго прихода.
Восприемниками были: Францъ Главачекъ съ Анною Ярошъ дѣвицею.

One thousand nine hundred and fourteen, on July 13th, a baby named Yaroslav was christened in the Roman Cath. church of Nesvich parish, by priest Yevgeniy (Eugen) Porkovich with all proper ceremonies.

Peasants ov Charukov volost [administrative unit] Rudolf and Paulina nee Ernst Novachek, lawful spouses, [their] son was born on July 6th this year in the village of Gubin/Hubin, Nesvich parish.
The godparents were Franz Hlavachek and a maiden Anna Yarosh/Jarosz.

Also there might have been some info about Novacheks in those 2 archives (Zhitomir was a capital of Volhynian Governorate, so there are many documents relating to Lutsk).
