i am trying to find a fred vickers, born 1874-75, father john vickers,not sure where they came from, but told had sheffield connections at one time, not the fred from ecclesall bierlow, or sheffield, in b.d.m, had both certs and wrong father.fred married in 1927 to bertha bardsley in worksop but was stated as a widower on marriage cert and father was deceased, not the marriage to deborah tilney either, as in 1901 census. any help really appreciated, thanks moira. ( the name is actually fred and not frederick).
