Hi kelly,
As some of the others suggest it is to do with a twin and it reads 12h 30m PM and is the time of birth, the stillborn angle could well be correct also.
Oddly enough I have a Mellor cerificate with the same note of time in 1839 but in Stretford, Manchester. (And I did find a twin sister for my Great Great Grandmother Jane in the birth registers.)
I wonder if it is a Mellor trait!!
