London & Middlesex Completed Lookup Requests / Rim(m)ington birth in Westminster

Hi! Can anyone help me with information on Sarah Rim(m)ington, who was supposedly born in Westminster c1826, to parents Edward and Mary A Rim(m)ington?

Edward was born in Lincs, and Mary in Berkshire, but the '41 and '51 censuses indicate Edward was a Chelsea pensioner which could explain his presence in London in '26.

Lincolnshire Lookup Requests / Mary and Mildred Andrew(s) - Stainby

I'm seeking information on Mary Elizabeth Andrews (birth registered at Bourn, Q1 1862, and death Q2 1864). Was she, as I suspect/hope, the daughter of Mildred and John Andrews, who were living at Gunby at the time?

I'm also trying to find a death for Mildred, who was born c1831, at Stainby. She and John were married 21/1/1856 at Stainby. She had, I suspect, died by 1863. John subsequently married Elizabeth ?? from Sewstern, just over the county border in Leics (help with her also appreciated!).

Hi! As a relative newbie to family history, I'm hoping someone can help. I'm seeking information on a marriage on 23rd May 1823 registered at Uffington, between Thomas Andrew(s) and Parthenia Lee of Pickworth (probably Rutland). Ideally I'd like a copy of the marriage record, but I assume I need to deal directly with the County Records Office for that?

Lincolnshire Lookup Requests / Andrews/Lee, marriage at Uffington...

...on 29th May 1823. Thomas Andrews married Parthenia Lee. He had (probably) died by 1833, because Parthenia then married John Wood of Gunby in Grantham. Thomas and Parthenia had a son (John) in c1829. He appears subsequently with surname ANDREW.

Can anyone help me take either Thomas or Parthenia backwards? This may stray into Rutland (Parthenia was born Pickworth, c1811) and/or into Leics.

...married William Iliff(e) of Aylestone 18 Nov 1855 at Barlestone parish church, and then had 10 children including my grandmother.

I have the marriage certificate; her witness was Mary Weston. Both only made their mark.

Can anybody help me take her (Elizabeth) backwards?

Completed Leicestershire Lookup Requests / Thomas Pougher - Sapcote

Hi! I'm hoping that someone who is better at this stuff than me can identify more information around my g-g-grandfather, THOMAS POUGHER, born Sapcote c1831.

I have him in the 1861 Census, visiting his wife-to-be (Sarah Grace Sewell, of Welham), at which time he was a policeman; and then running the Willow Tree pub in Willow Road, Leicester, in 1871 and 1875. He appears to have died by 1881.

Any help in filling the blanks, and especially taking him backwards, would be much appreciated.

Rutland Lookup Requests / John ANDREW, from Pickworth

Hi! I'm seeking for any information on John ANDREW, b1829 at Pickworth, Rutland. Later married Elizabeth ??, b1835 at Sewstern, Leics. By the time they had children (John 1863, Elizabeth 1865, William 1868) they were living in Gunby, Lincs, where he was in 1881, 1891 and 1901.
