I am framing a 6 generation 'Ancestral Arc' for my parents for Christmas and now have just one missing surname!
Can anyone help me finish my quest? I am looking for the maiden name of Ann Hayward or perhaps Mary Ann Hayward. This is what I have so far;

Ann (c 1811 middlesex) and her husband William Hayward (c1809 cheshire), occupation Tailor are on the 1851 census in Holborn, St George the Matyr with children
Edward 1833,
Charles 1835
and Agnes 1848
and wifes Sister Sarah Hunter 1813.

In 1861 I find Sarah Hunter, widow at 34 Phoneix Street in St Pancras with
Charles Hayward, son, Tailor (should be nephew!),
Agnes (now Hunter), daughter 1847,
Claria Hunter, niece 1855,
Henry Hunter, son 1853.

On the 1861 I also found a William Hayward 1809 Knutsford Cheshire with a Mary Ann Hayward 1810 but Sunderland Durham not Middlesex in Bloomsbury but with no other children!! He is however a Tailor.
RG10/piece 227/folio75/page54
In 1871 Charles Hayward is the head in Stanmore Street St Pancras with wife Elizabeth,
Agnes Hunter 1846 cousin,
Clarice Hunter 1855, cousin
and Henry Hunter 1853, cousin.
So assume Sarah has died.
I have Charles and Elizabeth Haywards wedding certificate which confirms the Phoenix Street address. I also found 7 Hayward children including my Charles Samuel to a William and Mary Ann Hayward on St Pancras Pallots baptisms between 1827-1835 but can not find them on 1841 census!! The family occupation was Tailor and I know they were mainly from the St Pancras area, Charles Samuel went on to be tailor at St Pancras workhouse. I have been unable to find more and as it is all before the 1837 start of certification am beginning to think it is impossible. I have tried tracing the other children but am not getting anywhere. Any help ideas greatfully received.
