I forgot to mention.

My mum used to have a friend that lived in one of those houses when she went to school in the 1940's. Her friend was thought to be very posh, because those houses had bathrooms even then.

I wonder if they were built with a bathroom  ??? Exceptional if they were.

Thank you Allan and Jeannie.

Allan, I meant Caryl Street. The street that Brunswick Station is on.  :) Caryl Gardens was further down towards Southern Hospital (where I started my nurse training!!)  ::)

Thank you both   :D

Hi JDGen,

thank you. I know one of the children, it's for him I am doing this research. As a favour, I'm not getting paid!! He doesn't know a lot about his side of the family.

I have found a marriage for one set of grandparents, which I need to look into. They were married in St Nicholas 1922. There are St Nicholas records on line or on disc, but I don't have them.

Thanks anyway for your help.

HI,

I am looking for any information on Edward John OULTON. He was b 1922, Liverpool.

I know he married a Ann Shutt 1947 Liverpool. His mother's maiden name was Nicholson, and she married his father, Edward in 1922, Liverpool.

Edward John served in the Royal Navy in WW2.

This is the only information I have.

Any info anyone can find would be very gratefully received.

Thank you,

Red   :)
