Hi please could someone look up if any packards come up on the census for 1901.

i've just found out that my g. grandads birth was registered in Lambeth not Capel saint mary where we all thought.

he was born in 1906 and i dont know anythign about his parents. but i just want to see if any are there so i can work out if its a connection.

i really dont have much to go on here but can someone see if there is a walter or george packard. probably would have been in capel saint mary area.
moved to Crawley in the late 20's/ 30's lived there until about 1950's/death. had 2 wives.

This is literally all i know about this man.

Any help grealy apprecciatted

does anyone know whether there was an area in wiltshire called Kelksham?

I know Melksham is a place, but i have kelksham scribbled down in old family notes. I known it could be miss spelling but i thought i'd check and see if this place existed first?

Hi Everyone

Is there more than one "all cannings?"
I have gotton my self a tad confused. I've never been good with geography! (even though i did look at a map of counties in england just a minute ago)

is it in hampshire or wiltshire...or both? and or is it on the edge of boundaries? or did the names change? My dates so far are 1570-1609.

 Because some census's i'm getting up, some say wiltshire while others say hampshire.

married robert raw in 1915 in durham.

Hi i'm hoping someone can look up the following for me? i'm looking to check against records, preferably looking for a document that states george raws parents and verify dates.:

1) George Raw b. 1853 in Girsby, Grange, Yorkshire- i'm not sure if grange is the farm? I know he married twice.
Barbara Barton b. 1856 married 1891 had child robert raw b. 1895.
Jane sisson b. 1858 around Embleton, County Durham, they married in 1880.

The above i assume lived in durham somewhere through both marriages. could someone look up sisson in the 1881 census to see married to gorge raw and living in durham. also for a death date for her?


2) Robert Raw b. 30/06/1895 either born in Greatham, county durham.
death date: 12/05/1980
would be between 4-6 on 1901 census.
married ellen kelly in 1915. or o'kelly.
