hi im looking for info on John Comerford he was born in 1866 in Salford Lancs England
he went to NZ after the 1901 census
he joined the NZ forces for the Boar War
i believe he was a postman in Wellington

mary duckett formerly child was 23 born waltham
living with her husband and family are elizabeth childs mother in law 54 born compton
checking the IGI i found a marriage  between robert child and elizabeth bizzel
17 nov 1817 compton berkshire
checking back further i found a christening for Elizabeth Bizell 14 may 1797 at compton
father   Jonathon Bizell
and mother Elizabeth

On marys death cert she her father is stated as Robert Child mother Mary

hoping to find more info to deny or confirm that this above elizabeth is the mother of mary
