Could be.  Not sure.  Thought it was said that Leo died in Canada, but don't think that has been proven.  I also found what may be marriages of Laurence's siblings.  Can't say it is them, but warrants checking:

Harry Dailey m 1923 in Liverpool to a Powell
Gertrude C.  m 1926 Birmingham South, West Midlands to a Potter
Thomas m 1921 Liverpool to a Gouldbourne

Not sure it is them, but could be.

There is also an 1896 military record for Leo in Dublin.  Do you have copies of these military records?  If not, I can send them to you.

On the Canadian Passenger Lists 1865-1935 on Ancestry, it shows Laurence traveling to Quebec with his father Leo.  The list states that Leo (50)  was born in Dublin Ireland, and that Laurence (14)  was born in Liverpool.  Leo's occupation is listed as Sugar Refiner and Laurence as a scholar.  Their destination was L.S.B. Office in Toronto Canada, and their next of kin was Mrs. L Dailey, 7 Circus St., Liverpool.  It also states that Leo was slightly deaf.  Leo and Laurence arrived at the port of Montreal, Quebec on April 26, 1925, aboard the ship "S. S. Montcalm".  The ship left Liverpool on April 18 1925.

I found it a little interesting that Leo lists his place of birth as Dublin Ireland.

WOW,,,,another cousin!!!  This is so exciting.  My Kerrs all married into the Tweedie line.  I have an extensive Tweedie genealogy, in part I did the research, and I also inherited my aunt's genealogy when she became unable to continue it herself.  I noticed the name BELL mentioned in an earlier post.  I also have Bell from the same area.  Guess I wondered which line to work on next,,,,think I know now which one,,,lol.
