I feel that it is asking a lot but is it possible to remove the horrible orange colour and the background  on this photo.

The young lady was to become the DiL of Gladys and Frank but their son died a couple of months before the Wedding. :(

Any efforts will be greatly appreciated as always

I have been sent some copies of old photos. Unfortunately they have been scanned and printed on normal paper rather that photo paper and a not very clear. I  cannot get them rescanned or get  another copy. Will it be possible for them to be restored?.

I am attaching one as an example. I am mindful that your eyes are precious. Please just advise me.
